**Weekly rentals include light housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, garbage) on the fourth day.
Bathrooms are cleaned, towels and bedding are changed at the same time.
*** To qualify for monthly rates, you must have a permanent address elsewhere. Monthly rentals include housekeeping once a week, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. Bedding and towels changed once a week. Monthly rates are based on 1 or 2 persons. Housekeeping includes bathrooms cleaned, swept and mopped, kitchen floors swept and mopped and carpets vacummed. We reserve the right to inspect the rooms once weekly if housekeeping is not required.
